Pls house, i think strict rules should be given to tlc deals. Once money enters peoples bank accounts, they forget promises and start talking crap. Next thing is refund, as if time wasn't wasted. This has happened to me more than 3 times in a space of few weeks.... Make my client 1st complain 1st is all I'm waiting for on this one.
