AquaSpunky had a responsibility of checking the laptop first hand before selling the laptop to another reseller. Buy he didn't. Same fault Emmanu is accused of also applies to AquaSpunky.


Now the question is "at what time during this transaction did AquaSpunky complain about the crack?"

If he complained about the crack within a few days of buying the laptop, then Emmanu should give him the refund without delay.

But if the complain came late for example a week later or more, then AquaSpunky should compromise and wait two weeks for refund.

You dont buy a used item you intend to resell without inspecting it before reselling.

Many of us are still in the business today doing very well (Glory be to God), because we've seen, experienced and learnt that when you are grieved with losses, move on because there are profits awaiting you if you don't stay grieving unnecessarily over what you don't have control over.

So those portions, you better be prepared for it. I've had mine and I'm still having it whenever I let down my guide with impatient.
