Mrcalxy:Yes. You can connect it to 12V 75Ah battery or 40Ah battery...so long the battery is 12V. The hours depend on the load on the inverter. Give or take..IF you have your TV, Decoder, and 3 bulbs on..You should get up to 3 to4 hours |

Actually to calculate the respective amps...you divide 480WH by 12..you get 40AH. Though the 40Ah of LiFePo4 battery is like the 100AH of Deep cycled battery |
