Wow... what an experience..... most times u have to look beyound the money and see the opportunity. It wss a rrewarding 1st day in the office. Guys, brace up for 12 to 14 weeks intensive training. Let me stop here for now. Just know that the prospect is massive.

I have advised you guys to calm down that all will be rectified after the probation.
On resumption, it will be 3 months intensive training.
After probation, people that did extremely well will be promoted.
For once, take ur eyes off the pay and focus on the goodies to come.
If you aren't satisfy afterwards, you can move on... no one say you will work with tek experts for life.

Pls read your offer letter very well. Nothing like deduction of HMO. the company will pay for your HMO. the only deduction is your tax and of course pension. No percentage was stated that will be deducted. deduction is based on the laws of FRN. Pls, be properly informed before you make statements here. stop all these them say...them say. Give ur offer letter to a lawyer to analyze.

Just like I did say previously, Jobberman and not them put us all in this fix. jobberman actually offered to get them the minimal deal and that is why they (Jobberman) handled the negotiation. We were not supposed to be called upon for negotiation. we are supposed to be sent offer letters after the interview with their fix salary for the position and we can accept or reject.
But we have an advantage, we will be trained and afterwards can renegotiate or...

It is our owm people that put us into this position.
They actually came in with a good offer. But jobberman stepped in and convinced them they can get the work done for far less.
But the good news is that there will be intensive trainings through the probation that will put everyone in the same page. Then the enumeration will be balanced with an increase because ghe would have invested massively in you and won't wana let you go easily.

Hello all... you need to make enquiries before accepting or rejecting the offer. It doesn't matter how much you are offered now. After the 6months of probation, Everyone will be placed on same scale. Weigh your options though. There are so many things that was not captured in the offer that you will get to know soon.
