For instance a person who experienced injustice and have nobody to fight for him will surely opt for witchcraft at least with that he or she will get justice for himself/herself.

A "gathering" can be made up of just two or three people.

Christ said: “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”
