Maybe it's showing you your cost, including fees, which usually add about 2%. That's how cardinal stone displays it
No. The breakeven cost is 110.7..this captures every fee that was involved.. unit cost is 110. ,Which is supposed to be 107.8. Anyway I learnt the lesson to always know my quantities of units in my portfolio!
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Krisuba: 9:48am On Jul 09
I bought 6300 unit of zenith bank @107.8 last week but my portfolio is showing 110. I used the remaining change to buy small JAPAULGOLD. So now I don’t really know if that quantity of JAPAULGOLD was added to my portfolio as I was not sure of the quantity I had before!! If zenith was at 110 there will be no change to buy JAPAULGOLD. This is morgan

This argument is actually stale. The Yoruba went out of their way to vote LP in Lagos and they won by 9k votes and it was free and fair to folks like you but the same people voted APC for governorship but it was not free and fair by you. So it is clear elections can not be free and fair to you unless your candidate wins.

Yes join the effort to break up Nigeria so that every group can develop on its own terms and at it's own pace while cooperating with others

Why will anyone be afraid of Igbo population in Lagos when it is not concentrated enough anywhere to win anything?
If this is what u actually said about the past election ,then no iota of truth is in you!!

A few years ago l used to visit this forum because it was strictly about the capital market. Then l was surprised but also elated to how forunites conducted themselves here, compared to the toxicity in the politics section.
Now everything has become chaotic.lt has drifted from what the forum was meant to be.
Some fellows will want it go the way of SMN, because the don't like how some are benefitting from some private analysis that are shared free. So they will never desist from what they are doing. Its delibrate!!

[quote author=bovali post=139511673]Personally, I don’t believe Dangote Refinery is accurately priced right now.

But one thing I strongly believe in is averaging, whether the price goes up or down.

I remember when I exited Oando at ₦90 and bought back at ₦78. People like street were insulting me then, but the difference between me and them is simple. I don’t put all my eggs in one basket.

CHAI. And na small madam u bi for here.

God remember me oo!!

[quote author=Mankind2024 post=139330248]From Bitter to Blessed
In ancient times, a story was told of two plants that grew side by side in the forest.

Sugar Cane stood tall and proud, its stalks heavy with sweet juice. Humans adored it. They sang its praises, cut it down with joy, sucked its sweetness, and carried it home in bundles. Children loved it. Elders desired it. It was celebrated everywhere.
Beside it grew the Bitter Leaf, humble, overlooked, and despised. Its taste was sharp and unpleasant. People spat it out and called it worthless. “Too bitter,” they complained. “Useless plant.” Even animals avoided it. The Bitter Leaf endured years of rejection in silence, its leaves heavy with sorrow.

Yet the same rain that fell on Sugar Cane also fell on Bitter Leaf. The same sun shone on both. The same soil nourished their roots. But while one was praised for its sweetness, the other was condemned for its bitterness.

One day, the pain became too much. The Bitter Leaf cried out to the Creator:
“Why have you made my life so bitter? Why am I hated while my neighbor is loved? Change my story, or let me die.”
The Creator, in His wisdom, did not change the nature of the leaf. Instead, He opened the eyes of men.

Suddenly, everything shifted.
The same people who once rejected it began seeking it desperately. Healers discovered its power. Scientists studied it. Mothers brewed it for their children. Doctors recommended it. The Bitter Leaf was no longer despised, it became revered.
“Bitter Leaf is medicine!” they shouted. “It heals wounds, fights diabetes, calms hypertension, treats infections, cleanses the blood, and restores the body. No herb compares to it!”
At the same time, the love for Sugar Cane began to sour. The same tongues that once praised its sweetness now warned against it.
“Beware of Sugar Cane,” they said. “It destroys health. It weakens the body. It worsens diabetes. It steals vitality and invites sickness. Its sweetness is deceptive.”

This is the story of Nigeria.
Today, many of her own children despise her. They mock her efforts, curse her name, and see only her scars.

Love d story!! U are doing well with d motivation. Gives courage to keep pushing!

Access Bank isn't the largest African bank by assets.

The wrong stat isn't necessary to prove that the bank trades at a discount.

But the market doesn't always trade common sense.
Big for nothing. Let them wait. Fcmb, JAIZBANK is coming for them. Fidelity is his running mate already, not to mention Wema!!
