If One have deficiency (Pass) in one of English or Mathematics and then gained admission through Pre ND/Degree course and pass the course, after the completion of the course, is it compulsory that I re-register for another O'Level exam to cover the deficiency or I can use the Pre Nd certificate in lieu of the O'level deficiency in case I want to do direct entry in to another institution?
