@Ogusbaba I have not commented before now because there is nothing to comment on.Every right thinking Deltan knows that the Uduaghan administration is a monumental failure,words alone can't begin to define and explain the anger in my heart whenever I have cause to visit Delta which is quite often.True governance is more than building roads,or hospitals or providing jobs or security of lives and properties,but pray do tell in what area of governance has the Uduaghan administration excelled in? Ogusbaba,Garri*7,monkeyleg wetin dey happen for Delta dey pain me bad bad,if I pour the venom wey dey mind ehn.

Might have been long,yes but boring hell no.The Stanley guy stated the obvious truth,Trace is not it,when El-Rufai said Nigerian youths are lazy and don't read I felt,it was a fallacy of hasty generalization but reading people's comment there and here,just maybe the Mallam has a point.We shouldn't just read our textbooks to pass,then come to nairaland to display our ignorance.If the article was long,just move on no need to diss the effort of someone else.My two cents.

Commendable,shows there are still honest hardworking Nigerians out there.Also nice the government deemed it fit to recognise him.

@ Poster: the city that meets all your conditions and more IMO is Enugu, good road network check,security check,clean and nice environment check. A nice place to raise kids yes.Hospitals with qualified doctors yes.A pragmatic and visionary government yes.Shopping malls yes Polo Park shopping mall,Robans,Ancestors.A functional airport.Enugu is practically the new Lagos without the stench,stress and traffic of Lagos. Port Harcourt would have been ideal but PH is choked,traffic and security concerns are also issues.Ignore Awka.Owerri comes a distant second and UYO and CALABAR are really not the South East.In all spend a few days in all the cities you intend to stay.Wish u all the best.
