Please I use a redmi note 2 prime miui v7.5 global stable. I want to upgrade to miui8 via recovery. I downloaded miui 8 global beta ROM for redmi note 2(not prime) hope I won't brick my device.

Better leave the phone and wait for global stable rom coming next month.
