Bro, calm down. Please do not take actions that would destroy your life long relationship with your cousin or ruin social life as a human.
He is thesame person, it's just that he's found a way to abstain himself from the horrors, pains, disappointments etc, that comes with Life.
All you need to do is:

1. Stop giving him money !

2. Read out to him, the implications/disadvantages of whatever he is smoking

3. Talk to him about his background and what he truly wants in life. [use yourself as an example ]

4. Offer him 100% help and assistance in any area he is finding difficult in life.

5. Assist him in getting a nice job he loves doing.
