I propose there should be a recharge card process that you load on your decoder, only reads when the decoder is on and disconnects when u've exhausted your airtime....

I think that is as fair as it gets cos this 11k5 premium fee just to watch 2 hours of tv everyday is craaaaaaaaazy.....
