UnknownT: One thing with Nigeria Commentators, every Congo player is termed the Congolese. Don't get me wrong, Even if the names of the players are not written on their jerseys, shouldn't they have the team shee.t with themCan't stop laughing.... Na naija we dey now... Wetin u expect b4? |
Austema: Here is the latest guy on nairaland, Am Austine by name, a tourism student of federal poly Idah, kogi state.Dem drop shit for ur head ni? What is the meaning of this rubbish? Nothing we won't see on NL.... |
YoursGEJ: Now this is what is called art because the skill and talent is obvious to see and appreciate. I still don't understand the value of other so-called "art" like the one below which somebody bought for $42 million!42 wetin? For that same blue and white drawing there? I guess that's what happens when people have more money than brain cells..... |
There are three things I try to look out for when I see a work of art.... What the artiste wanted to portray, my feelings towards the art and most especially, dollar signs!!! A lot of these rich men tie their money down by buying art and the thing with art is they will never depreciate in value( at least not the good ones though). So if you have enough and you are thinking of investing in the long term, GO FOR ART but be very weary of fakes.... |
Dreadnoughts would have been the boss of them all but I wonder what would have happened whenever this animal tripped on something or fell over.... There is just so much to discover in this world and I am convinced we've only scratched the surface.... Abeg wey dis woman wey dey sell koko? Iya oni koko! Iya oni koko!! *Runs out of thread* |
tejpot: Libya, Egypt and Syria? They never planned to do that or didn't have the will. I don't want to know how they do it. All am saying is, they should think it out before embarking on it. In any case they will still receive the blame. AmenIt doesn't make sense for them to arm civilians when they can use the same money to upgrade the ammo of our soldiers who have been actually trained for combat.... |
tejpot: Government or the government must also plan to retrieve the arms once they are armed and the insurgency is over or else there will be BH reloaded. And how do you suppose they do that? Just look at Libya, Egypt, Syria and the rest.... It is not so easy to get back weapons.... God bless Nigeria, God bless Africa. |
"They resolved to use dane guns, sticks, bows and arrows to confront the insurgents as it came in the wake of emerging reports of Nigerian soldiers retreating from the war front as a result of alleged superior powers of the insurgents". I can't help but laugh when I read that. So they want to go into the forest with sticks and dane guns and hope to kill them all when soldiers with aks and aerial support from military choppers are running for their lives? I admire their courage even though it is misguided..... I still think the best solution is the provision of superior weapons and maneuvers for the people actually trained for combat cos I fear for the lives of these bold citizens of ours.... God bless Nigeria, God bless Africa. |
Wow.... More to discover in this wonderful world of ours and that's what makes life beautiful.... |
Hmmm |
