Even in general hospitals, if you have multiple births except twins. The state pays for everything and gives them money, but records have shown that one or two out of the kids die, the last sextuplets born in Ogun state 4 of the kids died and when they asked those awful nurses what happened, they said she was poor so if the kids die its all for the best besides she has two left and other ones, so Bimbo knew what she was doing.
