Hello guys. I've been following this thread silently for a while now and I must confess u guys are doing a good job here. I've been meaning to ask, is it possible I secure a Russian student visa with a self sponsored account. I am an MLS graduate and also working currently, but I've always wanted to diversify into d medical line. Major part of what I have in my acc was as a result of winnings from Nairabet few months back although a little percentage is from savings from my Salary over the years. I have been following this thread for long and I have gone through all previous posts from part 1 till now.....(though I glanced through some pages). I just actually came across this thread and I have no doubt that u guys are doing a great job on here, may God reward all ur good deeds...I have an elder brother in UAE working as a security guard in Ajman (freezone contract *though I don't really get what that implies*) he just joined u guys o. He plans to go in search of better offers elsewhere later on because his pay is quite low. He has some certifications to buttress his luck. He is currently looking forward to acquiring a UAE driver's license just to give him more option of employment opportunities to choose from. Now my question goes thus, is it possible for him to get a driving license even though he does not know how to drive at all, am thinking he could probably get a good driving school to teach him from scratch. If yes how much will this cost? (P.S he doesn't mind how much it will cost to acquire it cos we can afford to support him from here)
