I thank God. I thank Nairaland. Ajanlekoko, I thank you.

Pharma-Deko Management paid something. I guess they saw this post on nairaland. I pray they continue paying.

My grievance now is that they are making selective payment. Pay some staff and leave some with nothing. This is still not fair o. Whosoever among the management of Pharma-Deko that is reading this, please do the needful. We are all equal before God. If you cannot point anything against these set of staff, pay them too.

Good people of nairaland, continue to intercede for people like us in prayers. It is not easy to live in this country without money.

My brothers,

Thank you for your advises. May what I am going through now not be the portion of any of you.

Ajanlekoko - Threatening to take off a life one did not create in the first place is not something that comes easy. I take it that the plan of Kunle Abibu for me and the many others is death. If not how can one not be paid a single kobo out of millions of Naira. If he wishes me dead, I have no choice but to wish and threaten him with same. I won't wait till I die and my entitlement is presented to someone that did not know how I suffered to get this entitlement. I read in another post of a banker that die in her prime due to employer carefree attitude and I just weep for us - Nigerian employees.

Concerning goverment owing pensioners, I don't think I can compare my situation with any of them. Would you believe that even my salary for the month I resigned was calculated with my entitlement. I have not read of any pensioner that wasn't paid a kobo for up to 4 years like mine.

My dear, If you only know what your fellow man has done before coming to nairaland, you won't even advise that I move on. Is it riding okada between 5.30 to 7.30, take up teaching appointment between 8.am to 4pm, selling anything sellable, in the hope of making ends met. My dear it is not easy, age and health is not even on my side and I have children in schools - even up to university. But if you have anything for me that can earn me something, my email is in my first post, i won't mind at all.

I am using the opportunity to put in to the world. Kunle Abibu, the Managing Director of Pharma-Deko has refused to pay ex-staff. This is a company that pays out more than N14m as salary monthly and their excuse for not paying ex-staff is that the company does not have money. We have had several meetings with the management and it was agreed that they start paying monthly no matter how small. Kunle Abibu did not honour his promises. Folawiyo Family, please talk to Kunle Abibu, I know he is your in-law.

And for Folarin Williams, it was not like this when your father was the chairman of Pharma-Deko.

Ajanlekoko - I hope my post will not be deleted this time around. And if you do, no add feelings, as far as I have my breath, I will continue to cry out against this injustice. FRA William is the lord of all Nigerian court. I can't go there.

Thank you.

Hi,

I write in connection with my previous mail which was deleted by you. I have no hard feeling. And your message to me was not clear enough.

Please can you give an advice on what I can do in the situation on ground. I work for a company for decades. For more than 4 years now, my entitlement has been pending with them. Though I am not alone in this, my other colleagues that went to the court of law have got nothing to show for it. I believe it's because of the man at the helm of affairs of this company. Please what can I/we do.

You can mail me on: kunle_abibu@yahoo.com.

I am expecting to hear from you and your advice will really be appreciated.
