Also I see your battery is @ 17% . Seems you have a normal battery drainage rate. Or is that also corrected in the update

well for the camera i wouldn't know am not really a camera person, the change is to ensure that we betatesters keeping getting OTA updates . Battery is the same no changes at all

Jiayu S3 is a CG 3, No infinix product is comparable to it. the camera is awesome, you can check online for samples and yes my phone has fallen down on more than 3 occassions, still intact

there's no doubt that jiayu is a very nice phone... At least 95%of the users are very happy with what they have... Only con for me is the lack of fingerprint which might not be a big deal after all...

Our Oga just finished everything, lack of fingerprint isn't really a pro for me though, I'd have loved a fast charge though

Yeah you can't download it from the ROM again because it is only available to betatesters now. And sorry I can't give a link it breaches my terms of contract as a betatesters plus I downloaded it directly from Telegram ,so no link sef

Goto settings count to 8 from under, open it click on the first option, select English that's it.

Pls downlaod the 5.1 ROM and flash via TWRP recovery.

Yeah... Got same here. I think they are yet to upload the file that's why it's showing 0mb there. Be patient. I also don't knw what it means too. I guess until we install it.

The update is to change the internal name of the ROM so that only betateaters can download the OTA's that will be rolled out next. I am currently downloading it will upload screenshots later

when I dey tell you to leave Elephone buy Jiayu for Gionee group you no hear me. I'd never trust elephone , stupid people. The only downside for me concerning the Umi Iron is the MTK 6753 which is clocked. at 1.3. Love the design though. Meanwhile I will continue using my JY S3 for now, read reliable user review of the Iron if am satisfied then I'll port to Umi

Obviously P8000 is an upgrade of P7000 but IMO it is too early to be releasing the P8000 the "errors" in the older model isn't corrected in the P8k , remember the P7K was yet to be released when we started seeing promo for the P8K , they didn't even have the decency of focusing on their so called flagship

That is my only problem with Elephone they tend to stop optimising their products even the P7000 that has been in the news since last year I hear they've stopped shipping out already , don't forget it is less than 2 months they actually started shipping it , I guess that is because P8000 their latest flagship will soon start shopping .

If you're changing layout from KitKat to LP pls goto first post , download and folow the steps then you can now start flashing Roms via recovery. Do far the latest Rom by TF is the best, the Rom was pulled from Jiayu es because it wasn't supposed to be published yet a more purer Rom is in the works with more focus on optimization of camera and a custom kernel.

In other news Jiayu has been bought by another company (ies) hopefully it is for the best

Stumbled on TOMORROW PEOPLE : Homo superior with the abilities of telekinesis, telepathy and teleportation.
some matrix like moves in it.

Others are FROM DUSK TO DAWN and BLACK MIRROR

Tomorrow people is a good series with great prospect IMO too bad it was discontinued due to poor ratings by viewers in US

U may experience reboot like 3times jst leave it. If it reboots up to 5 times then something is wrong. Jst boot into recovery and factory reset (courtesy vosquare). But before u factory reset pls av a backup so u can restore it after factory resetting. Also your backup should be saved on your memory card so you don't loose it during factory reset.

After restoring backup, if u wish to still install it u can try the method vosquare used. According to him he 1st installed the apk before booting into recovery to flash the framework.

For me the 1st worked.

Note:
the 1st link is flashed via twrp recovery while the 2nd link is the apk installation which is installed normally.

If you encounter bootloop instead of factory reset flah the uninstaller zip from the above link

Before you flash Xposed know that you have to flash the right files, first download and flash the Framework zip via custom recovery, phone may take time to boot up, next after successful booting install the Xposed apk. That's all . It is best to flash the Xposed zip on a fresh rom
