I've got another issue again with gigalayer. I keep coming to this channel because I am not getting response from your support channel - email.

To the issue at hand, I am currently unable to log on to the CPANEL account of the hosted site and I also receive SMTP error message saying it ia unable to send an email.

I have received no feedback and it has cost me a customer already who is suddenly lost confidence in my company's ability.

Not sure why there must be any issue at all really!

Can you please wade in to drive resolution. It is very urgent!!!

I am attempting to contact you on this forum because all efforts to get through to gigalayer support has proven abortive - I have sent out up to three emails with not so much as an acknowledgement. I am unable to login to my client area and consequently unable to raise a support ticket via that route. I have tried calling your sales/enquiry number - it rang for a while but it is now switched off!

My site hosted with you is showing internal error and checks show I need to have this resolved in conjunction with my hosting party. Please confirm receipt of this.

You need to have more support lines that offer truly round-the-clock services. I am not sure a foreign hosting company would not have responded to my request over 5 hours now.

Will appreciate if you could also give me a number I could reach you on for quick resolution.
