I think even though the NEC was illegal (not in giadom's angle though), it was necessary, every Nec member was invited,but the NWC boycott it, Buhari brought a suggestion which was accepted by all, if only they came and made their point, even those that are pro oshiomhole came and agreed to it.
this is a case of not voting in an election, you dont m have moral rights to complain

i think care taker committee doesn't necessarily need to be in any constitution, unless you want it to be
