Bros you've been scammed, I was once a victim of such transactions, all na set up, he didn't make any transfer actually. It's a trick, there was another guy around that vicinity that'll send in fake alert on his gesture to make everything looks real.

These people are worse than high way robbers, they will LEGALLY rob you in broad daylight. I've encountered them on different occasions, my only saving grace was my force background, they don't care whether you're into frauds or not, all they cared about is your money, and they'd get it in any way available to them. You can't prove your innocence with Nigeria Police, they will go to the extent of threatening you with their arms, without seeing anything illegal/fraudulent on you.

I know that you're a friend of the administration, tell your bosses to reform these animals, I wish all the bad eggs amongst them horrible death. TF!
