budaatum: Girl child education becoming like a song was in response to the non-education of girls in preference to boys that had prevailed and had to be dealt with as it left girls destitute and prey to men.
Hey! And how have you been? Long time! But you can't neglect the boy for the girl, if not, it's the same irresponsibility all over again. |
Politics › Re: Those Who Say That Oyo Is As Big The South East Are Laughable by Labic: 9:38am On Sep 06, 2025 |
gidgiddy: Often I come across this talk that Oyo State Is the same size as the South East and I just laugh. I wonder if these people think there is award for size of land? The State of Texas in America is about the size of Nigeria, so?
States in Nigeria are not based on size of land, they are based on population. The population of Oyo State is just about the same as that of Anambra. Numbers are more important than size of land
Lagos is the smallest state in Nigeria in terms of land size, but it is the most populated and richest State in Nigeria. Can you imagine someone saying that Lagos is not important because it is small? Isn't that laughable?
Thats how laughable it is to say that Oyo State Is the size of the South East when Oyo State has the population of just Anambra. In fact, I suspect that Anambra may be even more populated than Oyo State Someone called you short and you got angry, does being short seem to you a sign of leprosy?. |

Racoon: What an emotionally touching story of incredible transformation. This is the power of capable, accountable responsible, and visionary leadership.
And not a leadership driven by greed, bigotry, agberoism emilokanism, certificate forgery, ethno-religio-regional sentiments And do you actually sat back and wondered what this most have meant to the citizens at the time, an emotionally touching story is not really and inspiring one for any nation, and judging by the level of emotions flying around in Nigeria right now one would assume you should know better. |

Need I remind mr. Wike, the law (constitution) is part of the Nigeria, Nigeria is not part of the constitution. His tone here speaks otherwise.
“The University on their own grabbed 11,000 hectares. I said that will not happen. No document, nothing. You see them fencing everywhere, and before you know it, they would have gone to sell our land,” Wike stated. |
