I'm in ontario and I got the FRSC letter 3 weeks before leaving Nigeria. I also had my Original drivers license with me . My letter showed I had been driving for 26 months and I was able to take the knowledge and vision test, got my G1 license and had the option of taking a G test which I did. So if you have 24 or more months of driving experience, I suggest you get the FRSC letter.

I did it there. It cost ten thousand Naira.was ready in two days. They were very helpful there. Go with your international passport
