AVOID BUYING FROM Paradise Estate/Horizon/Lekki Gardens, they are not reputable, their mission is to collect money from innocent buyers and try to defraud them with unjustified fees not mentioned from beginning.
They build substandard structures with inadequate parking. I am not sure how they got building permission.
The organisation is operated by untrained, rude and criminal minded staff.
I am surprised they are still in operation.
A class action suit needs to be done against them
