I purchased a land (1 plot) in a highly wet area. I would like to start building. I was told that i would need to add rafts and other materials to add to the foundation due to the soil condition to prevent flooding. I would like to build a 6 flat apartment because i was told a 4 flat apartment is advisable due to the wetness of the land. How much should i be looking to spend in building? I am concerned about the amount of money needed to complete this. thanks.
