Hello everyone, please Can someone help with the link or website where to see how to track a visa application

Good morning, dispatch email and receiving email is it the same. My friend's husband got a dispatch email/ refusal email 2 days ago.my friend didn't get anything, but when the documents arrived visa section they got an email together, same day, please what does that mean.

Yes its quite possible, one spouse can be granted while the other is rejected, also parents can be granted while the kids are rejected.
