I used a modem just yday and its been long I used d modem. Also, I downloaded avast free anti virus same yday.

What OS are u using, I guess its windows 7. But if u r sure u shut down correctly, and you say u can't boot into safe mode, u may need to use OS restore proceedures

Yes its windows 7. Safe mode didn't respond either. It also went blank. What's OS restore procedure?

What u need to do now is system restoration. These are the steps; when u get to stage where it shows safe mode, jxt use the arrow key to navigate it to safe mode and press enter. After dat, it wil reboot jxt be selecting next or yes, when it get to the stage of restore,it wil ask u to select d last time it worked properly jxt select a date earlier and press next,next til it reboot. And cross ur hands til it boot back to desktop area

Thanks for ur help so far, I clicked on d safe mode and it went blank again. I'm still staring at it hoping it will respond but nothing is coming up.

Oh yeah. I've even forgotten this thread.
They restored the data after several complaints, but then that offer on non-BB devices is a fraud. It usually delivers half of the data promised.
I use the Android data of 2Gb @2k now, and it pretty much takes me through the month.

Pls engineers in d house, my system was kind of freezing at first. I ran a scan with d free avast anti virus, it showed no threat. I mistakenly disturbed d socket and it went off. Now I'm trying to booth it but after showing d options which include safemode, and that d system did not shut down correctly, it is just blank and nothing is showing. What do I do? Pls help me!

I did BB unlimited (2gb @1.5k) on a new BB Z3 last month but the stuff didn't work. I observed I was been charged PAYU from call credits.
Meanwhile when I check data balance the 2gb will show. However the unlimited is active and working fine on my S3.

You know the craziest thing? After 2 days the 2gb balance disappeared without trace!
Till today I just kept the phone one side.

Bootybuttchic: same probs i encounterd when i began sewing oo .....the wheel will be going back instead of front making the shuttle hook... ...just calm down and first roll that shld i say wheel with ur hand,and ur leg shld now folow the way ut pedal goed,dont over step,...i hope dis helps.......and learn to use one leg too
