I have followed this trend judiciously, I did all steps as regarding d passport upload. Paint, ms word steps etc. I just decided to use my phone camera to snap my passport, cropped a little and ensured d size wasn't beyond 200kb and boom, d system accepted it. It could be luck though but you can try and see if it would work for you.

It's luck, I tried that days ago and nothing till now.

Keep trying. The picture i used which was declined yesterday was what uploaded successfully today.

The passport picture thing is driving me nuts. My picture meets all the criteria but it keeps throwing error.

Ntel like many things in Nigeria is failing terribly in service delivery. Today alone I have had more than 5hrs of down time if you read on their twitter page @ntelngcare you will find that some parts of Lagos have had weeks of down time. It feels like they have added the I back to their name to go back to Nitel.

However the good news is that their routers are not locked to the network (this was a major criteria for me). On a very bad day I have put my Etisalat sim in it and it worked well with small configuration.

I'm a software developer have a portfolio of software for health care and project management.
I'm also able to provide custom software for SMEs and large enterprises.

I also provide business consulting services such as process optimization and outsourced HR services.

Generally what is needed is someone who knows the Lagos terrain well and is good in sales and business development.
Or better still has good experience in selling such services.

I applyd 4 the ond technician position, pasd the tests n invited for interview.
