Just got this information from his facebook page, Love his song but have a feeling im gonna appeciate the song more on my birthday, anyway he's off to jamaica for a remix, not sure it can beat the original, it is so so lovely,

Soon to be world famous Bornstar has jetted of to jamaica to keep appointments made with Dj Stunna and Ce'ceile for fresh collaborations.This arose as the need became imperative to cook up a remix for the birthday anthem 'Birthday Girlr' which is currently the toast or radio stations and some night clubs in Lagos.

However,his boss M.speech did not fly with him as he had to stay back in Lag to wrap up preparations for the Birthday Girl Video which is being shot in three weeks upon Bornstar's anticipated return.

@ khanye, Thx for this song, i havent heard it before, That sounds like mspeech on the second verse and bornstar on the 3rd, There's something about the way these guys sound that just seems fresh, If you guys hear the birthday song im sure u'll fully understand what im talking about, Its a shame its not getting as much airplay as it should, too much trash on the radio,

Has anyone heard of this guy Bornstar of nigeria? This guy is simply fantastic, i never thought i would see the day in nigeian music when a dude would just focus on the music without bif , sexploitation or controversy, this guy just does the songs and he does them well, he is produced by a guy called mspeech who is an pld timer in the game and has worked with so many A listers, This bornstar guy s a must listen, he has this birthday song which gives me butterflies everytime i hear it, if you dont know these guys already, i suggest you do somehing about getting as many of their songs on your ipod as you can.i cant stop listening to them all day, theyre like a breath of fresh air
