I think jamb has to revisit d grade range for jamb score which they approximated to 60 points. The range tend to reduce most candidates points. My cousin scored 255, when I checked the range for 255; it was 34points excluding d 1 siting/subjects combination points. However, when you divide 255 by 40 and multiply your answer by 6, u'll get 38.25 which is supposed to be her actual points. Jamb need to revisit the formula they used in arriving at that score range.

@bigtimemugu, u misunderstand them, it doesn't mean dat ur cert has expired. They use it to screened those that are over-age & exploit applicants. If u're applying with OLevel & claimed u're 18ys (18-5=13 i.e completed sec sch @ age 13). They shld hv written in Bold dat those with result obtained frm 2008-2000 shldn't apply, while those frm 2009 to date shld apply. Anyways, if u're dat passionate about joining d army resit ur SSCE; that's precisely what happen to my cousin d last time tried d exercise. He's now awaiting waec gce result.

@osram, my bro did d putme interview, check d admission status portal precisely 01/11/2014 via his phone and saw dat he has been offered provisional admission but when we login to print d page, we now saw admission not yet offered. During your regn process(collection of admission letter), did u observed candidates with such chanllenges, did they also place/paste d list in d campus for one to check? Meanwhile, we've used report issue link to lunchecd chanllenge no response yet. Besides, he's anxious to start regn. Pls reply, he stays Minna.

@cristen if u kn u're qualify & u didn't see your name, u can go to d venue a day b/4 d test to check/ask for d hardcopy list. My cousin choose command children sch. 31 FAB Minna,I checked list online but cldn't find his name. I realise d list consist of those whose surnames start frm "A" & end in "D" while others dat start frm F-Z were not included. So, i told him to check in d barracks. That was how he saw his name in d comprehensive list which was pasted @ d soldiers other ranks canteen in Minna. So, cristen & others with similar challenges shld check @ their respective venues a day b4 d test to avoid embarasment during d D day. Good luck to those that have seen & are yet to see their names!

justjify: I was at the headquarters,precisely 6th floor(DGs office) to push mine. Afterwards, I made an enquiry to confirm this piece of misleading rumour and ws told its not true, that the council will have to meet first.
So comrades, let's kip hoping and praying. Pretty soon, we'll hear from them. God'll help us.

@justjifi I hope things goes well cos i learnt d DG has been retired. Infact, he's preparing to vacant office next week. I pray this devt doesn't affect d recruitment process.
