Kwara State Polytechnic Rector lauds Gov. AbdulRahman initiative, promises to maintain structure

The Rector, Kwara State Polytechnic, Engr. Abdul Jimoh Muhammed has commended the efforts of Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq for completing and inaugurating the expansive fully air conditioned Kwara State Polytechnic auditorium initiated 20 years ago by the late former governor of the state, Rear Admiral Muhammed Lawal.

Abdul gave the commendation while answering questions from journalists during the official commissioning of the auditorium by the state governor, Mall. AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq.

He discloses that the auditorium will greatly assist in solving some of the infrastructural challenges facing the institution especially during convocation ceremony and other important functions of the polytechnic.

Abdul also promised that the polytechnic will try its best to ensure that the structure is properly maintained so that the colossal sum of money sunk into the project will not go down the drain under few months.

The Rector also pledged to try his best to justify the confidence repose in him by the present administration in the state by ensuring that the aims and objectives of appointing him as the rector of the premier tertiary institution is attained.
