Hi,

I wonder if anyone can offer some useful advise about applying for a passport reissue (after 10 years)?
I have looked on the website which says it takes 10 working days, but when i called the high commission I was told 3 weeks at least.
Saying that i know someone who has been waiting 3 months to get her new passport.

I was also told by the high commission i had to pay online? Is this the only option available?
Does anyone know how long the turn around is to receive a passport in the UK?
And can someone please advise what the correct procedure is to apply for a re-issue? especially someone who has gone through the process.
