Weak institutions are why VDM is the judge, jury, and advocate. he not only released an illegally recorded private conversation, he judged the people in the conversation, he pronounced them guilty, and he expressed his disappointment. He defamed them, all over a conversation that could be true or false.

4. Weak institutions are why VDM is the reason why VDM blindly defamed people after releasing an illegally recorded phone conversation, pronouncing them guilty without authentication, and investigation, and he did not even bother to reach out to the people involved for basic cooperation to get his facts straight.

VDM is just another lawbreaker, a lawless character exploiting our weak institutions to break the law, tarnishing people's image and reputation while parading around as an activist.
