kolidave: nope it doesn't work that way dude. the bank pays dem already.... Dey r doing d banks a favour and not anybody else. So to me I find it illegal that u gotta pay the sales girl or d mart a certain amount of money by d services rendered by the ATM which is also d bank

Don't u gt?they are not using atm machine....dey use ds Point of payment machine(am nt sure if I got d name ryt)...d main work of d machine z to deduct money frm ur account wen u buy stuffs frm dem....d favour dey offer u z to assume u bought sumtn frm dem without actually doin so.
Dey deduct d money frm ur bank acct tru ur atm card and gv it to u as cash
