To the best of my knowledge, we only have federal inland revenue. No federal agencies would accept application through yahoomail.

It's networking business. I'm 100% sure because I got invited last year November and went for the briefing. It was the biggest disappointment of my life because i traveled to Lagos with my Last penny and they requested for 10k for the packages.

They are networking business. You market their product and even refer people. check on front page the topic posted titled how to identify a scam interview.
