yes, have changed the glass of my rn5 like 6 times.... I bought 10pcs when I broke the follow come glass...

I've been burning data on Youtube and nothing I've seen worked.

if your phone is 'unlock', try and download the stock rom and flash it through fastboot... that's exactly what I did to mine and it's back to normal... be mindful of the 'flash and lock'

Flash with the recent update you got before the problems cos some xiaomi devices will hard brick if you roll back your ROM.

i think they update through OTA using custom recover not stock

I got my phone last year November, I didn't tamper with any settings on the phone and have been updating my phone until the last update(pie)... my phone updated successful.. no issues... but after my phone came up... it started hanging, have to restart everytime... it's very frustrating, I format the phone, same thing.... I have to look for the stock ROM and install... but mii really suffer before getting it back up...

so you can't blame them... am still going to try the manual update, cos I can't imagine my phone on 8.1....

Please I need help. Yesterday my son dropped my phone on the floor and the screen cracked. Not the screen protector but the main screen. The touch is still working perfectly all around the screen, even where it cracked but the problem is that, it makes it look awful.

Bros, getting the screen with frame or without frame is okay, but it's wasting of money to me, because from what am seeing, it's just the front glass, that's why the touch is still working... when it happened to Mii, I only bought the front glass which is very affordable 1k... the only problem is you need a good and trusted technician, cos I changed it maself... all he(technician) needs to do is loose the phone and take it the market where they will seperate the screen from the front glass( which usually cost 1k here in Alaba). Good luck
