My Note 7 can record calls and I'm still using it. My point is - I refuse to upgrade because of the removal of call recording on 8 series and above. If they can bring back that feature on new series, then people like me will upgrade

That's what I'm waiting for, that delays upgrading my phone from from Redmi Note 7. Once they roll out automatic inbuilt recording, I'm getting the latest Redmi series, I was prepared to wait till Redmi Note 10. Until then... No call recording, no deal. And don't tell me to flash any ROM, I can't stress myself just to get a basic phone feature like voice recording.

Don't buy cheap Samsung. You won't enjoy it. Buy Samsung Galaxy A51 or A71, if you can afford it. Otherwise buy an affordable Redmi phone

I use Redmi (Note 7 pro) , it gives me great performance for the price I paid. Value king.

Samsung is the king of smartphones overall. High-end Samsungs are in the league of iPhones. Classy. Only ignorants will argue this.

Oneplus and Huawei are a blend of value/performance for money and class.

Transsion is the savior of the common Nigerian who wants to use smartphones specifically made affordable for Nigerians who don't see beyond made-for-Nigeria phones.

I dont like iphones. Even if I have spare money in billions, I still won't use an iPhone. Why should I use up to half a million to get a vain device when that same amount can be used to alleviate a family from poverty, train a child from nursery to university, empower 10 people to learn a skill (which invariably means 10 families off the poverty radar), set up 5 women for petty trading...?
