The families of personnel are Nigerian citizens and they deserve electricity as Nigerians but not as families of military personnel abeg.when some of the military call citizens bloody civilians as if they were not civilians before joining the military,they don’t know that their families are civilians too,now they are getting the bloody civilian treatments too from the same military authorities.the military authorities perhaps doesn’t want to be paying huge electricity bills from the taxes of bloody civilians maybe.
