the same thing I’m saying,your fore fathers have enjoyed subsidies and exchange rates that have sunk your generation comming ones in debt that is making it unbearable to face the current realities now you deal with the consequences now or you pass it on again.
Now let’s think critically and be objective,subsidies are meant for the masses to enjoy but how do you explain a rich man move around in convoy of about 10 vehicles while you and I drive around in one or no car and that man is enjoying subsidized fuel on needless fleet,take it or leave it that here in Lagos the number of such needless convoys have reduced since the removal of subsidy on petrol.on electricity,a rich man in lekki will pay the same tariff as an average man in VI but cos of his high consumption and disparity in electricity band and tariff the distributors will decide to supply them more at the expense of the poor man that consumes less and on a lower tariff band.they even travel with bonused electricity on in their houses for period because of subsiised tariff.no more subsidies now and most of them are runing on solar with rationing when there is electricity supply because of the bill and now there is good supply for someone like me on the mainland where I now get average of 20hrs supply or more.
The point is that the idea of subsidy is about rubbing the poor to finance the flamboyant life of the rich.

Good,e remain all non citizens of the US to get 200% tariff.

How do we cope with rising costs when trade unions and associations are now the greatest tormentors of citizens ,someone confirmed to me that average price of a bag of rice has dropped for 50k plus but shishi never commot from the price of one derica.before they sell any commodity in the market the traders will first meet and agree on unanimous price…let the government open borders and see how prices will nosedive,our agricultural sector is not working despite the money buhari gave as empowerment and the insecurity level.if they can’t solve the insecurity that is causing food shortages then open the border and let food items come from neighboring countries.

I do not want to admit that landing cost of local refined pms is 835 even with naira for crude oil deal while imported one is 870 with all the forex bottlenecks,dangote can do better cos crude oil we refine here should not be more than 600 per liter.

Why can't a government just focus on fixing ELECTRICITY ONLY and leave the rest for new regime

if you don’t have up to 20hrs of electricity daily then you need to relocate.it is not enough to say it is expensive cos if you are metered on prepaid u pay for what you use and if you feel it is too expensive then you consider gen or solar unlike when we have to rely on only generators.they are trying on this one but they can still improve.
More road projects are being constructed across the country,electricity is relatively better.we have been seeing beneficiaries of the student loan and not the unseen beneficiaries of the previous school feeding programs.in two years we have see the recovery of one if not two of the moribund refineries for over 30years where a previous president said non will ever work.we have seen the buoyant performance in the capacities of state governments not when all govenors will be running to Abuja for bailouts…where we see them improving we should tell and not only try to bring the government down at any little opportunity
