My dividend was sent yesterday after I email them. I’m tired of first asset management but trust me this trustbanc I love them

I can't even find the app on playstore anymore and their customer care email is returning my mails saying it doesn't exist.

Stanbic seems to be playing me, I transferred funds to my money market around 8.45 am on Friday, i sent them email twice but no acknowledgement then I called about the transfer which they told me funds will be credited before the end of that Friday but nothing was done, fast forward to Monday then I have to call them twice before funds later reflects on my account in the evening but to my surprise no interest is added from that Friday and even for Monday, is this normal with stanbic?, because FBNQuest don't act this way.

Going to the banking hall to open MMF account is not the best choice. They can take as long as they want. MMF is not first priority in the banking hall.

Banking and asset management are two different thing irrespective of the fact that both are in the same holding company.

Going to the banking hall doesn't have an advantage over those who decide to open account with the link.

The best is to deal with the asset management arm directly and that you can do by filling the online form.
When you use the online form, your account opens within 24hrs on a working day.

My Elder brother’s visa got approved. 1st time traveler.

Biometrics: 2nd April, 2024
Collection: 12th April, 2024.

I submitted his bank statement, evidence of his 2 properties, invitation letter from my Uni and invitation letter from my Elder sister and other documents.

I stated he will be spending £450. He earns 700k after tax.

I would have made some mistakes but the information I got reading this platform is amazing.

It's possible you have a 10 year ban. The UK visa process is straight forward, I wonder why anyone will use an agent.

Are you applying for UK visa or Canada? UK and Canada are part of the 5 eye that share applicants information but I dont think they share deep of applicants information only if you have been refused ban or criminal charges before. If you are applying to Canada let him invite you with the correct documents as a brother ,please state all your past refused visa.

Good morning sir/ ma I want you all to enlighten me I have been refuse on uk visit visa base on large sum but now my junior brother wanted to invite me to his graduation but my problem now is we are both bearing same surname on our passport but the agent that I use then put wrong information for me, he use my surname as my husband surname and another name for my parents now my younger brother was confused on what to do. We had pictures when we are young and I have statement of account to use , he said he wanted to use himself as sponsor now our information is not same please want can I do on this situation. I know this is Canada thread please I need solution to my new application
