Please guys I need your help... I think I have Prostatitis Cancer... I have been having difficulty while urinating and after Urinating..

And it's always painful... I don't think it's any sexual infection cause I don't usually scratch.... It's just constant painful Urination.. I'm just 21 years and I want to know if there's any cure to this...

I checked up my symptoms on Google and right now I'm scared... Please can this be cured
