Yes all 3 was France. This started in August after my last visa expired. I reapplied with my 2 kids and mum as a group application. Wanted to take them to Disney land. Everything was ok. I submitted all my documents complete and had the money to sponsor all 4 of us. It came back and they denied all 4 of us. I felt so bad. Now I decided to reapply alone and spend part of my Christmas in Paris. I applied alone this time with everything intact. I was so shocked when it came back yesterday again denied. I honestly haven’t felt bad about a visa denial like I did yesterday. Tears came out. lol

I think the political/economic situation of the country is playing a big role in these recent refusals cos you’re not the only previously visited person who was denied visa. People plenty!!

Tracking says available for pick up since morning and the email came through also. Submitted October 10th at 8am. Will pick it up tomorrow

Thanks for your help yesterday sir. Wanna ask another question; how easy can he visit Kenya from Kigali for 3days then back to Kigali before he leaves back to Lagos? Hope he won’t be asked to quarantine for 24hrs again in Kigali or vice versa?

One last question sir, where or how do we sort out the last test before he leaves Kigali? Is he gonna visit a Centre or self?

He has to do another test 2 days before leaving Rwanda, it costs (40k RWF).
Then he should make sure he fills Nigeria locator form, even if he does not pay for the Nigeria COVID test, When he gets to Nigeria and they ask for the Nigeria Arrival COVID-19 payment proof, he should only show the filled form proofs to them and tell them that he’s not planning to travel out of Nigeria soon or that he’s going to pay for it later,
But make sure he fills the Nigeria locator form before leaving Rwanda.

You’ve been of great help; Thanks a bunch. Wanna ask again; after PCRs from Nigeria n Rwanda, does he have to do another test before he leaves Rwanda? He’s only visiting Kigali for 7days. I saw a cheaper hotel on the locator form for $25. I hope they would be there to pick him up too.

Yes it is a must to make reservation for 24hrs Quarantine in one of the Hotels they started on the location form only.
Rwanda doesn’t treats COVID-19 with levity hands, just abide.

Every Hotel on the locator form has a Car/Bus waiting at the airport Arrival those that make reservation.

Oh thanks so much for your assistance. Just a question, is it a must to stay at one of the hotels on the Locator Form? I could make just a reservation for him though n not necessarily stay there? Because I already booked a cheaper hotel for him and now that I got to know about 24hrs quarantine in Kigali should I cancel the hotel? Please advice

-He should Book a round trip flight
-Get his PCR from Nigeria ready
-He should fill Rwanda locator form and pay for Arrival PCR test online, He may also pay for the test at the point of entry $
-He should make reservation for hotel online before arriving at Kigali, I’d suggest Onomo Hotel (Kigali).

On Onomo Hotel’s website, you can make reservations freely, But you may need to attach your Card for payment (they are not going to charge you, You will pay in cash upon Check-IN).

Thanks everyone on Nairaland n happy new year to you all. I’m a silent reader here but I’m very moved to post for the first time.

I’m based in Johannesburg n been to Paris twice n got my third visa and at the same time helped over 8 guys get both France and Netherlands visa. In October I sent copies of all my visas and bank statements for my ‘then fiancée’ who’s based In Nigeria in order for her to apply for hers so we could go for honeymoon this January.

First Application we submitted:
Visa form
Passport photo
Employment and leave approval letter
Three months bank statement
Travel insurance
No objection letter from her parent
My bank statements
Copy of all my visas and datapage
Wedding IV card
Hotel and flight reservation.

Submitted 20th October n it got rejected on the 29th on basis that ‘justification for the reason of travel not reliable’. ‘ Now we are married on 19th December’

We then reapplied on the 20th December with;
Visa form
Photograph
Travel insurance
Flight reservation
Hotel
Employment n leave letter
6 months bank statement
Registry marriage certificate
5 pictures taken at the registry
My visa copies
Bank statement
NOC from her parents
Tour packages
Cover letter and a sponsorship letter from me.

And yesterday 3rd, we went to go collect her passport from Vfs Lagos and boom she got her One Month multiple entry new visa. I’m elated n haven’t gotten over it yet.

For anyone out there who was denied before, don’t relent. Add more docs and you’re good to go.
