I have already had a determination letter of ECM and the Tribunal has booked the court date as well.
I need to know if Home Office normally send the bundle back to the representative or not, before the court date? Thank you.

The representative told my wife that the Home Office haven't send the bundle back. And the my court hearing date is in Sept. Please, can anyone tell me when the Home Office are normally send the bundle back? I'm so confused now.

I'm saying this, to let you know that you're not alone. All we need is "patience". Whether we like it or not, this is a "waiting game" and UKBA doesn't care, we can only beat ourselves.
To all my brothers and sisters, Please, it isn't easy at all, but we need to be patience and continue pray. It doesn't matter about how long it takes, but the positive outcome is the best. God bless you all.

What is "paragraph" they stated on your refusal letter.
If mentioned on your Refusal Letter?
