In the absence of a 3D, make do with these Google images. Mind you, you will lose headroom in the dining area if you step up the dining.

So how many courses of blocks did you do after lintel? If you did the normal two courses of blocks and then you step up the dining, say bye bye to POP finish in the living room as there will be no headroom.

Personally to me, step-up, step-down are all hazards.

Thank you, That was what I told the engineer. But I would love to see a nice 3D design of both parallel and step-up and step-down. 3D interior designer in the house, kindly comments and help out.

Hi, Engineer in the house.Pls advice me on what to do here... The proposed plan was for the living room and dining parallel without step up to the dining but my Engineer is advising me to let the dinning to be step up with one step. Step down from the kitchen then step up to the dining and step down to the living room... Pls, would this be okay? kindly check out the photos of the floor. and if anyone can help in drawing the 3D interior design for the living room, I won't mind compensating the person but please there is no big money on the ground, just doing the place little by little. pls, help a brother...

Do you have a drawing or picture of the building ?

I will add more details later in the afternoon but here is what he suppose to do.

The house is 3 bedrooms all ensuite, 1 parlor with a small bar section, 1 study room,1 store, Laundry room, kitchen, Gateman's house(1 bedroom self contain ) {All are POP}
and
all the fence light[Entrance fence both inside and outside][both side fence and inside the back fence (1 plot of land)

My mind is telling me that the quantities are too much.

Please my Electrician gave me this quotation for a 3 bedrooms house just for wires oo. Kindly recommend better wire products to go for.
