please what does someone with a HND degree select when filling out the EE form?
Does he select 'Bachelors degree...' or 'Two year programme' and fill twice for the ND and HND?

Well, you may need to ask around first. But, there is a tutor that prepares you for TEF from the get go, though it is online. I'm also learning from him too. Check www.tobidam.com for more details.
