Honestly a holistic lifestyle change is what these women and men need most times.
But ignorance keeps them stuck

High prolactin is a serious problem that many women are facing these days due to many lifestyle factors like unhealthy eating, lack of exercise, effects of drugs etc.


I once suffered from excess prolactin mine was too bad that I was expressing breast milk without being pregnant but with God and the knowledge of healthy living I was able to overcome it after two failed medical treatments, not only that, I conceived again 5months after my first baby and that was the beginning of me coaching other women out of hormonal imbalance.

Can someone help on what to use or do for ceased monthly period. It has been ceased for more than 2years now.

Equally ,test result shows.that prolactin is very high. What drug or herbs can.be used to bring it down. Someone help.
