now how does he expect people to recognise a dog they saw on a bill board?

the dogs are missing na, they probably ran out and got lost, so they are stray dogs if you see a stray dog on the way you'll know na, and those are rottweilers. perhaps someone must have picked them up if they aren't aggressive, so he is offering 100,000 so that the person would be tempted to return them. but honestly those dogs are worth more than 100k. I pity the man for his loss. it's so painful.

don't be in a haste to insult the man, you are not a dog owner you would never understand! I felt so angry reading your statement do you know what it means to loose your dog? he owns his dogs and would recognize the dogs immediately he sees them. I can recognize my dog even in a picture. even if I see hundreds of that breed I can still recognize mine!

yes I do. it's a long distance relationship, I visit once in a month or once in two months sometimes.

My sister is a barrister too. well I only made the comment because I thought you are a barrister when I saw your picture. but barristers aren't back at all but they can be strong headed and at times harsh, but I still don't wish to marry one...
