please can i change exam centre?

my brother don't just falsify without relieable reasons. Let's inquire from those who had the training that; do they really notice that only the 2.1 candidates were called?. And to me, when 2.1 is mentioned u have to bear it in mind that 1st class is included. Someone who had their training should pls. clearify.
