I paid a landlady and three months after, a man called on phone and claimed to be the landlord.

Due to this disagreement, I refused to pay both of them the subsequent rent.

My phone almost caught fire the first month of the new rent as the two of them bombarded me with calls. I insisted that I won't pay until both of them agree on what percentage I should be paying each side as the landlady insisted on 75% rent.
