I think NIPOST should help these guys who Nigerians in Nigeria had duped. I could not understand how these 'dupers' have access to these documents at the post office. At USPS in America, you are given a computer generated sales receipt with the track or label number, custom form number together with EMS form filled by the customer. The sooner we understand that there is an internationally acceptable mode of business transaction the better for us all.
