centeroi: application date: 12 Nov 2018 grant date: 24 Jan 2019
was refused Visa on 4th of Oct 2018. I had to reapply and thank God I finally got it.
I was refused the first time because the vo was not convinced I will come back after my studies. The reasons include: I was not working I didn't provide evidence of future employment I am not married I don't have strong economic times.
In my second application, I met the conditions except marriage. I provided two letters of future employment I was working as a volunteer research assistant, so I provided the evidence I provided evidence of a landed property I bought in 2016 I provided evidence of travel history (I didn't provide all these documents in the first application) The school also wrote a support letter that they need me and have provided me with scholarship for the PhD program congratulations bro, which school and how did you prove your financial capacity? |

Thanks for the advice. Please is affidavit enough evidence of relationship with sponsor? Is anything wrong with using company's account bank statement of 18million? And the last question since Griffith university has checked and approved my financial and GTE is it still possible immigration will deny it? nogara: Happy new year guys, I have been reading posts on the thread and I can see the alarming number of applicants on the waiting list and also the gradual increase on the number of new individuals that want to start the Aussie Journey. Nevertheless, one thing that is certain is that we are all on the same track. I passed through this thread and it was a great resource to me and I have given back to other people that have also been successful. Your GTE and financial requirement remains the crux of your application. Please , take your time and write captivating SOP and also write your English test. It’s better to have excess documentation and be sure all loose ends are tightened than giving rooms for doubts when you submit your application. I wish us all the best and Multiple VISA grants this month. |

Wonderboy1: It does not matter if you share same surname or not....you have to explain it clearly in your sop and state the reason he is sponsoring you. thanks for the reply. Students of some certain university are not requested to submit evidence of financial capacity, school like Macquarie university and Griffith university. Does it mean that they are not checked for financial capacity by the immigration officer? |

Please I just got my coe from Griffith university to do my master's. Before they sent me coe I sent them my evidence of financial capacity. No I checked the documents i need to submit for visa and financial capacity is not included. Does this mean that the immigration officers won't be considering this since Griffith has done it? I'm really not confident with my financial capacity. My maternal uncle with different Sur name is my sponsor. thefortuneone: @ Strongmercy123,
Sorry for the denial, it hurts but you do not need to loose focus. You can re-apply yourself. Check through the Department of home affairs website and understand each criteria bfor applying again.
I wish u the best. |

ICaSNg: I'll suggest you consult your agent *if you got your offer through one. Ireland is not like the UK when it comes to visa requirements.
Make sure your documents are well put together, tuition fee payment is a very minimal part of the process.
Goodluck thanks bro, I got one more question, must your sponsor be your relation? I mean the person you present his bank statement? |

gabi101: hey law you already identified the course you intend to go for so that answers your first questions(steps you need to take). G.p shouldn't be much of a problem, thats if the heart is willing to try. Sound and convincing Motivation letter can make up for it in some cases or most.
in the mean time browse through the link below, make your choice of course from the related courses available and see if you meet their requirements.
