please i need your help, i am finding it difficult to access and validate my biometrics and photograph after using the off line capture. In a normal time when this things work, after loging in with the pin and serial no. the biometrics and photograph of the candidate including the candidate's order registration details shows. But in this case i only see the name of the candidate and few other details meanwhile the passport and the scanned finger show half and the rest covered with a black box. At this stage when you try to continue the JAMB sit will reply you "Error Extracting Features" after loading. Please what will i do and what is the cause of this problem?
